Account & registration
To create an account, download the RICHION App, click Sign Up, enter your phone number, email address, and other required details, then verify your account using the OTP sent to your registered email.
Account verification helps protect your account, prevents fraud, and enables access to all RICHION services. You may be required to provide a valid means of identification and other information as part of the KYC process.
Ensure your phone number or email address was entered correctly, check your network connection, and wait a few minutes. If you still do not receive the OTP, tap Resend OTP or contact RICHION Customer Support for assistance.
No. Each phone number and email address can only be linked to one RICHION account.
On the login page, select Forgot Password, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password securely.
