About Richion Digital Services Limited

Richion Digital Services Limited is a Nigerian financial technology company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, with Company Registration Number RC 7055476. We are headquartered at Block A4, Lagoon View Estate, Makoko Road, Sabo Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. We build and operate a secure, reliable digital financial services platform that empowers individuals and businesses across Nigeria to issue virtual cards, make instant bank transfers, fund wallets, pay bills and utilities, and shop on our integrated e-commerce marketplace. Founded in July 2023 and rebranded to Richion Digital Services Limited in February 2024, we have grown from a digital store concept into a multi-service fintech platform, serving a growing community of users who demand smarter, faster, and more accessible financial tools. Our operations are underpinned by partnerships with regulated banking and payment infrastructure providers — 9PSB, Payscribe, and Anchor — and governed by a comprehensive compliance and data protection framework aligned to CBN guidelines, the NDPR, and the NDPA.
